Who We Are

Toddler University 24 Hour Child Care (Todd U) is a privately owned and operated child care learning center that has been serving the families of Marietta and surrounding areas since 2001. It was founded after the founder and owner, Shana Isaac, picked up her then 4-year-old daughter from low-quality home daycare and thought to herself, “I could do this (child care) for a living and I could do it better.” At the time, she did not know how prophetic he thought would be.

Todd U first began as a family home child care with standard operating hours from 6 am to 6 pm. It wasn’t until after the relocation of many Hurricane Katrina
victims to the Atlanta area and the recession in 2008, that Shana began to reexamine Todd U’s hours of operation.

Many parents are transients to Atlanta and don't have any family here besides their children, so when they have to work non-traditional hours or weekends, they often have no one to care for their children while they work. I decided that Thdd U will be their extended family and provide care during evenings, nights, and weekends when most child care centers will not.
